128GB Huawei Nexus 6P - Available with 2 year Warranty

It's been a while we heard of the idea that the Huawei Nexus would have a 128GB option, even before the launch of Nexus 6P. True enough, a variant with that large storage will soon be available from Huawei for a premium. The Nexus 6P lives up to the proud reputation of Google phones with a pure Android experience and fantastic fingerprint sensor. Google has priced this 128GB Nexus 6P with a $649 price tag and the device will be available late November while the lower storage models will be ready earlier in the month.

Although, the 128GB option on a Nexus 6P manufactured by Huawei is not exactly the first in the market, because ASUS released a ZenFone 2 with 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM. The Meizu MX3 from two years ago was also unveiled with a 128GB storage. But Nexus 6P is the largest so far for an Android smartphone as the current standard starts at 8GB which is actually small now. However, 16GB and 32GB seems to be the standard options today.

The pure Android Nexus 6P is now listed for pre-order on Huawei Official Store. Choose from either the Graphite or Aluminium version. Both the 32GB and 64GB are also available for $449 and $549, respectively.

Nexus Protect phone warranty

Google introduced a $90 2-year insurance policy for accidental damage, if you’re a butterfingers who regularly destroys your phone. Should you break your Nexus 6P, you’ll receive a replacement phone as early as the next business day (once your claim is approved), and Google will cover the cost of two-way shipping.

You simply file a claim with Google’s partner Assurant Solutions by phone or at mynexusprotect.com at any time. The insurance covers up to 2 incidents of accidental damage for 2 years. Nexus Protect covers cracks, malfunctions, slight water damage, and other common problems, but it doesn’t cover theft.
